NBS577js.html is a javascript/html port of the NBS SP 577 Appendix F Fortran
program to calculate the reliability index and/or resistance value for a
specified reliability index. Port by Joe Murphy using Windows XP, Notepad,
and the browser FireFox ESR 52.6.0 (32-bit). I developed NBS577js.html for
noncommercial use only. If program doesn't work ctrl-shift-K will bring up the
